However, it is necessary to understand the installation preparation and simple debugging steps of the welder. First of all, the preparation work has the following five parts:
1. Selection and fixed work of welder position:
The welding machine should be placed flat on the ground. If it is to be installed close to the wall, it should be about 2 meters away from the wall to ensure that the door can be opened, and there is enough space for the maintenance of the welding. After the position is selected, Use a expansion screw to secure the welder.
2. Power cord preparation:
The welder adopts three-phase five-wire connection, three live wires, one neutral wire, and one ground wire. The three live wires require a copper wire with a wire diameter of at least 25 m2 to ensure an instantaneous high current input. The neutral and ground wires must not be the same wire. They must be wired separately. The ground wire must be connected, otherwise, it is easy to burn.
3. Gas path preparation work:

The operation of the welder requires a large amount of air pressure to drive the cylinder and apply pressure to the electrodes. There must be a good supply of air pressure. In the case of insufficient air pressure, the welding may cause insufficient electrode pressure, and there may be a phenomenon such as fire and splash during the welding process.
4. Waterway preparation work:
The welder uses a water-cooled method to cool the transformer and thyristor of the welder. If the temperature is too high, the weld quality will be stabilized. To have a good cooling system, according to the welding power and the actual operating current, it is recommended to equip the medium frequency spot welder with an industrial chiller. The industrial chiller has a good cooling effect and can quickly take away the heat generated during the welding process to ensure The welder’s welding quality is stable.
5. Lubricating oil preparation work:
Lubricating oil (mainly sewing machine oil or professional lubricating oil) should be added to one cup of the stainless steel spot welding machine, and the solenoid valve should be oiled to ensure that the sensitivity of the solenoid valve is not affected. The cylinder block also has a position for injecting oil. It is recommended to fill the oil once a week, and too much will overflow with the bore.
